- Manage day to day merchandising process from sourcing, product
development, order allocation/scheduling strategic, vendor management,
cost and budget control
- Establish and enhance long-term business relationship with customers
(usually for 4 - 8 buyers) through provision of quality customer service
to maximize business growth
- Build strong liaison between buyer and factory to make sure the order
- Participate to the negotiation meetings with distributors on demand of
local directions to provide support in the Merchandising reasoning
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
